Welding

Welding is literally in our name. We have a 10,000 SQFT facility with 15 TIG machines, ranging from 200-600 AMP service, and 10 MIG machines that operate from 300-350 AMP service. We have the experience and capabilities to handle large scale commercial jobs entirely in-house which gives us control over the entire operation to keep costs low.

Machining

Having an in-house machine shop greatly expands our capabilities to control all aspects of a job from start to finish. We can produce parts, prototypes, tools, dies, or anything we need to complete a given job without bringing in a 3rd party. Some of our machinery includes Bridgeport mills, lathes, CNC vertical mill, 66 TON punch press, 40 TON CNC 4' x 8" Strippet punch press.

Part of our "one-stop-shop" mentality is a 10,000 SQFT powder coating facility. This facility takes care of sandblasting and prep, powder coating, heat treating in our 2 large industrial ovens and packaging for shipment, all under one roof. The entire facility is connected by a conveyer system that take parts through the entire process saving time when fulfilling commercial orders.

Fabrication

The tools and experience we have at Sizemore Welding has given us the ability to be one of the most advanced custom fabrication shops in the nation. We have a laser cutting table, water jet table, in-house machine shop, 12' Wysong shear, 14' Durma SNC brake press, and more. Anything you need fabricated, we have the tools and experience to do so.

Bed Liners

Sizemore Welding is now offering Armadillo spray-on bed liners. This product is made of 100% Polyurea, one of the highest grade products on the market, offering the most trusted and dependable protection out there. Our expert staff are trained to apply the liner in a way that gives you an amazing look, feel and durability. This coating can be applied to many different items, not just truck beds.

While most of our pricing is on a per project basis we do have some general pricing guidelines for material purchasing, powder coating, shop minimums, and hourly work.
